The Data Pro Code is a practical translation of the AVG for processors of personal data. The Code was developed by industry association NLdigital and officially approved by the Personal Data Authority. An independent supervisory body (SCOPE Europe) monitors compliance with the Code by member companies. Blue10 has been able to sufficiently demonstrate to the regulator that it works in accordance with the AVG and the principles set out in the Data Pro Code. How exactly we do this is described in our Data Pro Statement. The Data Pro Code is followed by various IT suppliers: from small, local IT companies to large organisations and therefore also by Blue10.
