Blue10 will make every effort to keep you data as secure as possible. A part of this is the protection of personal data, which we process on behalf of our customers in the execution of our services. To provide insight into the measures that Blue10 has taken in its role as data processor, Blue10 has a Data Pro Statement and Data Processing Agreement. We have recently updated our standard Data Pro Statement and Data Processing Agreement.
The following changes have been made to our standard Data Processing Agreement and are effective since May 1st, 2022:
- With the acquisition of Spense, we have expanded our services with two services: Contract Management and Request Proposal. These services are now included in our Data Pro Statement and Data Processing Agreement.
- Blue10 has added three sub-processors that are used in the execution of our services: Wortell, BIT and Appcues.
- Article 10 in the Data Pro Statement has been rewritten, with a large part of this article being moved to Article 12 of the Data Pro Statement. This article describes the exit procedure for the Invoice Management and Contract Management services.
The changes are effective since May 1st, 2022.There is no need to take any further action. We have made both the previous version and the current version of our standard Processor Agreement available on our website. If you are curious about the exact changes between both agreements, you can easily compare both documents with each other. Both documents can be found on our website.
